1. Seller

The seller is Juan Delgado Higueras, Spanish tax ID 77435464F, at Huerta Grande 32, Spain. Contact: hola@epoxya.store.

2. Products and availability

Every product is new. Photographs and descriptions help identify each item. Minor screen color differences do not change its essential characteristics.

Stock is checked before payment is created. If an item is no longer available, checkout cannot be completed.

3. Order and payment

Before paying, you can review products, quantities and total. Stripe Checkout handles card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments depending on availability. No account is required.

The order is confirmed when payment completes. You automatically receive an email with its reference and summary.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free from €35. Preparation takes approximately 24 hours and estimated delivery is 6 to 16 business days depending on destination. Every order includes tracking.

If an order is lost in transit, we send a replacement at no cost.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping.

After receiving and checking it, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

6. Damage and defects

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photographs. We review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Invoices

You can request an invoice by email with the order reference and required billing details.

8. Support

We normally reply within 24 to 48 business hours. This is an estimate and may vary outside business periods.

These terms do not restrict the rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.
