Do you ship to my country?
Yes. EPOXYA ships worldwide.
How much is shipping?
It is free for orders of €35 or more. Stripe shows the final amount before you confirm payment.
When will my order arrive?
Preparation takes approximately 24 hours. Estimated delivery is then 6 to 16 business days depending on destination.
Can I track it?
Yes. Every order has tracking and the number is emailed after dispatch.
How can I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout using card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when available on your device.
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy as a guest. An account is optional and lets you review your orders.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. An email with your order reference and summary is sent automatically after payment.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email your order reference and photographs. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. Request it by email and include your order reference.
