If you need to return it, here is what happens.

Return conditions

• Request the return within 15 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The buyer pays return shipping costs.
• Keep proof of postage until the process is complete.

How to request it

Email hola@epoxya.store with your order reference and the product you want to return. We normally reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the next steps.

When you are refunded

Once the return has been received and checked, we issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or defective product

If a product arrives damaged or defective, do not send it as a standard return. Email us with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
